Group pricing including Youth Groups is available M-F and Sundays after 3PM.
Sorry, group pricing is not available on Holidays, Saturdays, and Sundays before 3PM.
To qualify as a group you must meet all of the following criteria:

GROUP PRICING (16 or more participants)

Groups are an exciting way to share the adventure and fun of a canopy tour with friends and family.

• You must book your group at least 7 days before arrival.
• You must pay for the group on a single credit card and pay in full at time of booking.
• Participants must be at least 10 years of age.
• Participants must weigh between 90 and 250 pounds and be in good health.
• See additional Restrictions/Terms of Use.

Note: Tree platforms are designed to accommodate 8 guests and 2 guides at a time. Each tour departure is limited to a maximum of 8 participants. Groups larger than 8 persons must book multiple departure times. (Usually 1/2 hour apart).

Qualified groups will receive a 10% discount at the time of booking

Children (10-17 years of age) when part of an organized youth group such as Scouting, FFA or other non-profit organization (5013C number required) will be charged $54.00/ child. Youth groups must have one adult chaperone for every 3 children on each tour.

GROUP CANCELLATION POLICY:

Groups consisting of 16 or more individuals are required to cancel (with penalty) more than 15 days prior to scheduled tour date. A cancellation / handling fee of $10.00 per participant will be assessed with the balance refunded. TOURS CANCELLING WITHIN 14 DAYS PRIOR TO DEPARTURE TIME WILL NOT BE ISSUED A REFUND.

Tours sell out well in advance. Guides and staff are scheduled well in advance of tour dates and costs remain the same when guests fail to keep their reservation. Vacancies may not be able to be filled on short notice. Participants who fail to keep their reservations will not be issued a refund.

Tree Frog Canopy Tours may experience weather or maintenance delays from time to time. If we cannot accommodate you within one hour of your scheduled departure time, you will be given the option of a refund or rescheduling.
